## Overview

Elvira is not only a website/frontend effort; it is an AI communication platform for companies. The product combines a website chatbot, WebRTC voice chat, and a phone bot on a shared knowledge base so assistant behavior can remain consistent across channels.

My focus is product logic and conversational UX: agent configuration, role/access concepts, knowledge base/RAG integration, behavior testing, and iterative improvement against real conversation patterns. The goal is not just technical integration, but reliable assistant behavior, clear boundaries, and better handover/context handling in day-to-day communication.

## Challenges

- Complete landing page design including storytelling, animations, and responsive layout
- Automatic inheritance of corporate design settings (colors, typography, spacing) within CMS 3.0
- Frontend development of the platform dashboard with role- & rights-based access
- Secure API integration with voice, TTS, ASR, and CRM services in a team setup

## Solutions

- Implementation of the landing page in CMS 3.0 with Vanilla JS animations and component blocks
- Integration of dynamic media elements (video, SVG motion) to explain call flows
- Development of a modular frontend (TypeScript) for the admin dashboard including RBAC permissions
- Code reviews & CI workflows for collision-free collaboration in a multi-dev team
