Project Overview
Elvira is not only a website/frontend effort; it is an AI communication platform for companies. The product combines a website chatbot, WebRTC voice chat, and a phone bot on a shared knowledge base so assistant behavior can remain consistent across channels.
My focus is product logic and conversational UX: agent configuration, role/access concepts, knowledge base/RAG integration, behavior testing, and iterative improvement against real conversation patterns. The goal is not just technical integration, but reliable assistant behavior, clear boundaries, and better handover/context handling in day-to-day communication.
