Visit Iraq - Tourism Platform
Multilingual product platform with a highly automated content-operations pipeline and strong SEO/AI visibility.

Project Overview
Visit Iraq is not a simple travel website for me; it is a real production platform that I built, shipped, and continue to operate. It runs on Next.js/React (hosted on Vercel) with Supabase as backend and content database, and it is actively maintained in Arabic, German, English, and French as a multilingual system—not just a translated frontend.
A major part of the work was designing content operations for scale. Instead of relying on manual updates only, I set up a workflow where around 90% of content creation/updates are automated while human-in-the-loop review remains in place to keep quality high. I also built a custom CLI specifically for this platform so content can be pushed, fetched, and updated directly in Supabase. This makes the operational side faster and safer, including for AI/coding-agent assisted workflows.
The platform also has measurable production reach. Since January, it reached 72.3K impressions; in the recent month, 26,266 impressions and 144 clicks. AI visibility is at 34K total citations with an average of 83 cited pages. Important: these listed numbers are Bing-only and come from Bing Webmaster Tools. Google Search Console adds additional visibility in the same or higher range, but I am not listing exact Google numbers here. In short, Visit Iraq proves real product ownership: build, ship, automate, scale multilingual operations, and reach real users/search visibility.
