Purpose: presentation of personal projects and approaches without commercial transactions.

This website runs on a dedicated Virtual Private Server (VPS) provided through Hostinger International Ltd. (61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus). The server is located in Frankfurt, Germany.

Deployment and reverse-proxy management are handled by Coolify running on the VPS.

When the website is accessed, the server may process standard technical access logs such as IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer, user agent, and HTTP status code. This data is used for security, troubleshooting, and reliable server operation.

When the privacy notice is displayed or dismissed, a preference flag (privacy_pill_dismissed) is stored locally in your browser storage (localStorage). This prevents the notice from appearing again during subsequent page navigations or return visits.

No tracking or advertising cookies are set. You can clear your local browser storage at any time via your browser settings.

This website uses the privacy-friendly, open-source analytics platform Umami, which is self-hosted on our own server (VPS) located in Frankfurt, Germany.

Umami operates entirely without cookies (cookieless) and does not store or process personal data. IP addresses are anonymized and never stored persistently. No cross-site tracking or profiling takes place.

Only aggregated metrics such as visited pages, referrer sources, approximate countries of origin, and device types are collected for technical optimization and reach measurement.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in privacy-preserving audience measurement without personal profiling).

No personal data of website visitors is transferred to or processed by AI providers. All final content, translations, and visual media remain under the author’s personal editorial responsibility.

This personal website does not use an external database, a payment provider, or newsletter / email marketing. Should this change in the future, this privacy policy will be updated accordingly.

The legal basis for operating the website and privacy-preserving reach measurement is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in presenting work, website security, and cookieless audience measurement).
